Our cocktail menu has been prepared by our mixologist, Michael Dwyer (follow his creations on @thebartendingaccountant), and includes a selection of obscure, yet great, historical cocktails. One of Michael’s passions is experimenting with new recipes and sourcing herbs and spices for new syrups, bitters and infusions. Recently, his version of the classic cocktail, Van Gogh’s Downfall was featured by Distilleries Provence, France, the makers of Absente. Michael serves as mixologist for some private functions and events around Cape Breton and he trains our staff in the preparation of our featured drinks.
In addition to our cocktails, we proudly offer on tap beers from local breweries, Breton and Big Spruce. As well, we have craft beers from other regional breweries and red and white house wine choices.
